MILANO (MF-DJ) – Techedge is entering in stock exchange world. In a couple of years, more precisely for the end of 2017, the company of informatic consultancy, which has as chief Edoardo Narduzzi and Domenico Restuccia, wants to introduce herself to the investors with “a perfect mix of quality and innovation of the services and geographic diversification of the proceeds, about 116 million euros at the end of 2015 (ebit should be about 12.8 million, ndr) that have been already created abroad for the 50%” says the chairman Narduzzi. Diversification that, writes MF, already in the year that has just passed, saw a consistent acceleration thanks to the acquisition of two company abroad. One in the States, the Monocle Systems in Philadelphia, specialized in the solutions in two parts that are quickly growing the cloud computing and the big data. The other in Brazil, the Neotrend, in Rio de Janeiro and San Paolo, focused on business intelligence procedures and digital marketing. Some of Neotrend’s clients are Btg Pactual, Shv Gas, Barrick. Both the operation have been completed in the last trimester of 2015, so as the biggest one, the Italian Mashfrogs, specialized in mobile solutions and in digital transformation projects of business process. This last society has earned more than 9 million euros in 2015, it has about 90 professional men in all the Italian and foreign companies and it is a certificated partner of Google for enterprise solutions and of Ibm for the applications on mobile devices
